Carrie Harker
Co-Founder, Lead Designer & Production Coordinator
Carrie has been designing events for over 30 years. She has spent most of her career in Chicago working at one of the premier design studios in the country. “I have always looked for ways to express my creativity.” This interest led Carrie to pursue her education and career in art and design which includes an extensive background in studio and project management. “I love flowers and nature as much as I love art, so it’s no surprise that I would end up in the floral and events industry. Designing with flowers puts me in my happy place. My goal is to convey these feelings and bring joy to my clients through my designs. No matter the occasion, I feel honored every time someone puts their trust in me to design for them.”
Katie Dauka
Co-Founder, Client Relations & Events Coordinator
Katie has been coordinating and producing events for the past 15 years; primarily at the University of Michigan. After years in the classroom, she pursued a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration, and found her niche in large-scale event organization in higher ed settings. Her knowledge and experience in executing events from start to finish brings a high level of attention to detail while she is interacting with clients. Shifting her focus to the floral events industry has allowed her to combine her love of nature, design, and personalized client interactions. “I am finally here, doing the work I am meant to be doing!”
